Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

All sales are final. We don’t accept returns or exchanges for change-of-mind purchases.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items (30 days)
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or not as described, email hello@unstillco.com within 30 days of delivery. Include your order number, a brief note on the issue, and clear photos of the item and packaging. We’ll review your claim and arrange the appropriate resolution.

Non-refundable items
Sale items and gift cards are final sale and not eligible for return, exchange, or refund.
